Editorial policy
People enter the data set from public sources: freelancers that AI assistants named for the query “best Webflow freelancers”, Webflow's partner directory (freelancer filter), Upwork and Contra. A person qualifies when they work solo under their own name or a one-person studio, offer Webflow work to clients and publish a website or a public profile.
Everyone in the data set is scored by the same seven criteria. The main ranking shows ten of them, chosen by the editors from the scored pool; each ranking by need takes everyone who passes its filter. Every fact carries its source and the date it was checked, 2026-09-21 for this edition. Facts are rechecked monthly, and every change is dated in the change log of the page it affects.
